CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
We thank you for choosing Dogs Anonymous Dog Training! We're delighted you've chosen us to help you and your dog form a better
relationship, but we understand sometimes life gets in the way and things change. Please understand in order to accommodate all our
clients, we have to put time limits on how much time we can allocate to each client over the course of training therefore our refunds and
cancellations policy is as follows:

6 session packages have a time limit of 2 months to complete. After that, we have to remove you from the schedule in order to accommodate other clients. If cancellation is made within 30 days of training start, a per session rate at $95 is charged against the total received and the balance is returned to the client.

8 session puppy packages are given 3 months to complete with the same parameters for cancellation there and finally
10 session packages are given 4 months to complete with same parameters as stated above.
